Product details, images and availability

Retail price is the suggested retail price.

This price may be adjusted based on our inventory acquisition costs, which could result in a higher final retail price than the brand's recommended price. However, for products we purchase directly from company stock, we follow the brand's recommended price.

Our catalog is constantly updated daily based on market trends. By collaborating with various industry suppliers, including boutiques, outlets, and manufacturing and retail companies, we are pleased to announce that we offer exceptional promotions every day, often with limited availability.

The prices listed in the catalog do not include VAT. VAT will be added to the total at checkout, if applicable.

The products offered by We Buy Brands are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We work exclusively with official distributors and premium brands to ensure that each item meets rigorous quality standards. Our team of experts carefully selects suppliers and verifies the origin of each product, allowing us to offer authentic items with complete confidence. Furthermore, we are committed to maintaining our reputation for reliability in the fashion industry, so our customers can rely on us with confidence.

Products supplied by We Buy Brands are stored in our logistics center in Rignano sull'Arno (Florence), Italy, or in the warehouses of our strategic partners.

Orders are processed and shipped directly from our headquarters using express courier services such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Orders and purchases

The minimum order is 500 euros.


Once we receive your payment, we will send you a sales invoice via email, along with any other necessary documents.

We'll email you your tracking number as soon as it's ready, after your order has been picked up by our couriers.

No, the accepted payment methods are: Credit Card, Crypto, Bank Transfer.

Once the order has been officially confirmed for logistics processing, it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancel it.

 
For Italian customers, the order total is subject to the application of national VAT at the rate of 22%.

For customers from the European Union, the order total may be exempt from VAT, provided that a valid intra-community VAT number registered in the VIES system is provided.

For customers outside the European Union, the order total is exempt from VAT, however, all local duties and taxes will be paid by the recipient at the respective customs authorities.

Shipping costs depend on the volumetric weight, destination country, and courier type.

Shipping terms and costs

There are 2 types of orders:


  • First type of order:

The goods have already been collected, prepared for shipment and sold in whole lots.

These goods are ready for immediate shipment; the customer can collect them immediately after payment.


  • Second type of order:

The goods haven't been prepared for shipping yet; they're either unpackaged or on sale. We still need to collect and pack them.

The preparation time for this type of goods depends on the order volume and the logistics workload at that time.

Estimated preparation time for this type of order: up to 10 business days.


The exact date of availability of the goods will be communicated by the Supply Chain Manager upon acceptance of the order.


Order preparation takes place in logistics within 24-72 hours.

Shipping will be carried out in accordance with our carriers' standards, varying depending on the destination area, with waiting times that can range between 2 and 5 working days.

Shipping costs are exclusive of VAT and will be calculated at the time of order confirmation.

Absolutely, all our products are available for viewing at our warehouse in Italy. Simply schedule an appointment with our manager, who will be happy to help you select the products you'd like to view.

Since the various items may be located in different logistics facilities, one of our specialists will assist you in planning your route and organizing your stay in Italy, ensuring an optimal experience.


Returns and refunds

We accept returns for items that are defective or do not match the order (such as the wrong model, color, or size). It is essential to notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order. If the return is approved, we will send you a return tracking number.

Returned products must be in perfect original condition, with packaging, tags, and all attachments intact. If the packaging is damaged, only 50% of the product value will be refunded. Further information is available here:

Terms and conditions

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refund requests for other payment methods are not accepted.

Shipping costs are refundable only if the wrong product is delivered. If you decide to return an item for other reasons, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, if we handle the return shipment, a return fee will be applied, generally corresponding to the cost of the return shipping.
