Welcome to webuy-brands.com ("Site"). We invite you to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms and Conditions") before ordering products ("Products") through the Site or other platforms. These Terms and Conditions define our mutual expectations regarding the purchase of Products. For further information, please contact us via the Contact Us section of the Site.

All products offered are sold directly by We Buy Brands Srls, with registered office in Via Marecchiese, 314/D, 47922 Rimini (RN), REA n. RN - 436285, VAT no. 04732640406 ("We Buy Brands").

The terms of sale are subject to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 – Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014 for contracts concluded between consumers and professionals after 13 June 2014.

By accessing this website, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the We Buy Brands Srls website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Acceptance of the conditions of sale

1.1 By placing an order according to the indicated methods, the customer confirms that he has read the information provided and accepts the general, payment and shipping conditions indicated, as well as those specific to each product.

1.2 Acceptance of an order, even partial, constitutes a contract with the seller We Buy Brands Srls, with registered office at Via Marecchiese, 314/D, 47922 Rimini (RN). Upon shipment, the Customer will be informed of the payment obligation associated with the order.

Purchase procedure


2.1 All products, daily offers, limited stocks, and other ongoing promotions can be purchased on our Telegram group, reserved for industry traders (We Buy Brands), managed directly by We Buy Brands Srls.

2.2 To access our Telegram group and view all our offers and promotions, please submit a request through the website or contact us by phone. Our contact information is available on the "Contact Us" page.

2.3 After gaining access, you can view offers reserved for our customers in the Telegram group. All products in the group have illustrative images, a product description, brand, and price excluding VAT.

2.4 To purchase or reserve the items you are interested in, you must write on WhatsApp to the company manager who will be assigned to you at the time of registration.


Prices and costs


3.1 Prices in the online catalog do not include VAT or shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs will be agreed upon before order confirmation and may vary depending on the country, product type, weight, and volume.

3.2 The products for sale are new and of market-standard quality. Each item is accompanied by a description and/or image. Differences between the images and actual colors may depend on your browser or monitor. Prices are valid at the time of the Order and are subject to change without notice.

3.3 There is no minimum order, except for the first order, which must be €500 plus shipping costs.

3.4 We Buy Brands Srls reserves the right to modify the "Products and Services" offering and the Conditions of Sale, communicating the changes on this online page.

Product Availability


4.1 If the products ordered are unavailable, we will notify the customer within 48 hours of placing the order. We Buy Brands will offer an alternative if available. If there are no alternatives or the customer declines, we will refund or issue a credit for a future purchase. We Buy Brands will not be responsible for product unavailability. If we do not receive a response, we will proceed with delivery, excluding the missing products.

Payment Methods


5. Customers can choose between various payment methods for products and shipping costs. Before proceeding, our sales manager will contact you to provide the necessary information. 5.1 Payment by credit card

5.2 To ensure the security of online payments, credit card transactions are protected by Verisign certification and the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. When you make a payment, you will be redirected to a secure bank page, where you can enter your card details in complete safety. The information is transmitted directly to the bank, ensuring maximum protection.

5.3 For credit card payments, there may be a fee of between 1% and 2.5%, depending on the country of issue.

5.4 Crypto payments

5.5 Cryptocurrencies are digital currencies protected by encryption, which prevents counterfeiting. We accept payments in various cryptocurrencies for your purchases.

5.6 Bank transfer

5.7 You can pay for your order by bank transfer, following the details we'll send you when confirming your order. Your order will be reserved until we receive proof of payment (paper receipt or online confirmation), which must be sent to our manager via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Advance bank transfers do not incur additional fees.

Shipping and shipping costs


6. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and are the responsibility of the customer. They may vary based on area and volumetric weight, with possible surcharges for order acceptance.

6.1 For shipments to non-EU countries, duties and customs charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information.

6.2 Orders are shipped via accredited couriers and, in some areas, via certified logistics companies, subject to customer authorization. Shipping costs and customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer.


6.3 We offer shipping options with accredited carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Bartolini, and local couriers depending on the destination and the type of goods to be shipped.

6.4 We also allow customers to collect the goods with their own courier.

VAT and customs clearance of goods


7. All customs clearance fees and other taxes in the recipient's country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the goods or shipping costs.

7.1 We Buy Brands assumes no administrative or financial responsibility for the payment of customs duties and other possible costs in the country of destination of the goods.

7.3 Before placing an order, the customer is required to obtain information in their country about the relevant costs, taxes and other documents that may be required to proceed with customs clearance of the goods.

8. Non-taxable VAT taxation art. 8/c (habitual exporters)

8.1 Order total excluding VAT for domestic customers (include received letter of intent and registered letter of intent).

9. VAT exempt taxation within the EEC (European Community)

9.1 The order total will be exempt from VAT only if a valid intra-Community VAT number is provided, present in the VIES register, as established by Article 41 of the intra-EEC legislation.

10. VAT exempt taxation outside the European Community

10.1 The order total does not include VAT, while all local duties and taxes will be paid by the recipient at the respective customs authorities, as established by art. 8/a for shipments outside the EU.

11. Non-compliant shipments or partial deliveries

11.1 Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document and that the packaging is intact. In the event of discrepancies or partial delivery, the customer must immediately inform the responsible person.

12. Each shipment will be accompanied by the following documentation:

  • Sales invoice (with number of items listed, quantity of boxes and total weight of the goods)
  • Washington Declaration
  • any accompanying documentation required based on the country of shipment

Returns and refund management


13. Return requests by the Customer must be authorized in writing by the Supplier and concern only defective goods (excluding packaging and tags) or goods that do not conform to the order. Defective products will be replaced only after verification by the Supplier. We Buy Brands will not refund the Customer in the following cases:

  • product not intact, without tag or with missing or damaged original packaging;
  • returns not authorized in writing or received after the established deadlines.

14. Refund Management

14.1 In the case of defective or non-compliant products, you must request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. You must provide a detailed description of the damage and attach photos, sending everything via email or company WhatsApp. If the photos are insufficient, the products must be returned to the Supplier at the Customer's expense.

14.2 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. Vouchers do not expire and can be used for future orders. Discount vouchers cannot be refunded for cash; in the event of a return, they will only be refunded as a discount.

14.3 We Buy Brands will refund the cost of the item less any discounts applied (for example, if the product was purchased with a 10% discount, the refund will be the cost of the item less 10%).
